Home Phone Call Control

How it works

When the Call Control feature is turned on, anyone who phones receives a recording. Callers are asked to enter a number using their keypad. That means machine-operated robo-calls won’t get through, but your legitimate callers are easily connected.

Another function is the ability to add specific phone numbers to an accepted callers list. When callers from those numbers phone, they can skip Call Control. You can also add specific numbers to a blocked list, meaning repeat robo-callers will be prevented them from phoning you.

Limit unsolicited calls from telemarketers and robo-callers with the Call Control feature. Callers must respond by entering a specific number on the keypad. This means they have to prove they’re a person and not a robot or machine.
