You can easily link an existing account for any of these streaming services to your TELUS account once you add Stream+. That ensures you won’t lose your watch history, preferences and account settings. It also means the billing will transfer over to TELUS.
What do I do if my TELUS Optik TV package already includes Netflix?
Choose another premium option, such as Crave, as part of your Optik TV package. That will help avoid being double-billed for Netflix. Simply login to My TELUS and update your Optik TV package.
After I have added Stream+, how can I start watching content?
Here are the steps to take once you add Stream+:
- Log in to My TELUS
