Our Smart Home Security Self-Install Kit comes with all the instructions and devices you need, and then we provide you with support. Use our online resources, guidance, and call-in support to walk you through the installation.
Tech-Assisted Installation
If you don’t want the DIY option, book a TELUS technician to help install the system.
Choices in this option include the Secure plan, Control plan, Control + Video plan, or the Secure + Video plan.
By setting up a call back, the technician handles installation of devices outside your home. The tech will then leave the interior devices outside, and we guide you through that setup with a video chat. The installer doesn’t need to come in your house, and the devices left behind are all sanitized.
